These terms describe the conditions for using Tony Jalan’s executive advisory website, including its content, contact form and leadership check-in. The public business name is Revenue and Freedom Academy-Tony Jalan. “Tony,” “we” and “us” refer to Tony Jalan, the website operator. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

Purpose of the website

The website provides information about executive advisory, coaching, leadership development and speaking. Its material is intended for general educational and informational use. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical or mental-health advice and is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Inquiries and professional engagements

Submitting the contact form requests a conversation. It does not book an appointment, purchase a service, establish a confidential professional relationship or create an advisory or coaching engagement. Availability, scope, fees, payment terms, scheduling, cancellation and any confidentiality obligations must be agreed separately in writing. This website is informational and inquiry-based. It has no checkout and does not accept payments.

Leadership check-in

The leadership check-in is an informal self-reflection exercise. It is not a validated psychological, employment or business-performance assessment. Scores reflect your own answers and should not be used as the sole basis for employment or other consequential decisions. Suggested next steps are prompts for consideration, not guarantees of an outcome.

Your submissions and acceptable use

Provide accurate contact information and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not include confidential employer or client information, sensitive personal records or information that violates another person’s rights. By submitting an inquiry, you permit us to process it and contact you for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited bulk submissions, malicious code or attempts to gain unauthorized access. Do not disrupt the website or evade its security and submission limits. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service.

Website text, photographs, branding and other materials belong to Tony Jalan or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and use the reflection exercise for your own personal or internal business consideration. Results and expectations

References to revenue growth and freedom describe the goals of our coaching and advisory work, not a guarantee of results. “Freedom” refers to greater control over your time and responsibilities. We do not promise any particular revenue, income, profit, time savings, or timeframe. Outcomes depend on your business circumstances, decisions, implementation, market conditions, and other factors.

Testimonials are identified excerpts from individual professional recommendations. They describe those individuals’ experiences and opinions. They do not promise that you will have the same experience or achieve a particular revenue, leadership or business result.

External services

Links to LinkedIn and other external services are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, availability, terms and privacy practices. The website’s hosting and any required platform sign-in may also be subject to the hosting provider’s terms.
